# Learn: Windows local contract check

Command run: `python C:\Users\mikem\.codex\skills\learn\scripts\learn.py --help`

Result: the installed runner exposes `list`, `search`, `stats`, `export`, and append-only `add`, and accepts an explicit `--store` path. No store command was invoked because this campaign is not authorized to read or write the project learning store.

Status: `PARTIAL`. The local CLI contract is executable. A real learning workflow needs a user-authorized project learning record and a concrete command such as `list` or `search`.
