# open-gstack-browser Windows contract check

The installed skill explicitly supersedes its legacy GStack preamble on Windows Codex. Its active contract is:

1. Use the Codex in-app browser binding.
2. Open only the user-approved target or an existing authenticated Codex browser tab.
3. Do not launch a separate GStack browser, modify Chrome profiles, import cookies, or claim a sidebar extension.
4. Verify by navigating and inspecting the approved tab.

This wave executed the local contract inspection but was deliberately not allowed to control or launch any browser. Therefore the documented browser operation remains unexecuted, and the status is PARTIAL.
