# Local command evidence

**Command executed:** `powershell -ExecutionPolicy Bypass -File Validate-Wave.ps1`

**Result:** `PASS: provider wave 47 request contracts and PARTIAL gates validated locally; no provider call was made.`

The validator parsed `request-contracts.json`, checked exactly four required skills, checked one target-bearing POST body for every documented endpoint, verified their API-relative `/v3/` paths, confirmed the `API_BUDGET_QUERY` gate, and verified every receipt artifact exists.

No network client, secret variable, provider SDK, curl request, or credential file was invoked.
