## Direct local proof

The installed skill contract was read and its accepted inputs were checked. It requires either a plain Codex task UUID or a `codex://threads/<UUID>` deep link, followed by the Desktop `read_thread` capability.

## Exact unblock

Provide the specific historic Codex task UUID/deep link to reconstruct, and authorize reading that task. The run can then page the task history and save a reconstruction supported by its actual records.

## Safety boundary

No thread was read, opened, resumed, changed, or archived. This bounded Flat Fee run supplied no thread identifier.
