# Autopilot bounded local run

## Objective

Produce and validate a self-contained, artifact-only dispatch packet for the four named skills using retained Flat Fee evidence. The user explicitly requested ongoing local skill testing; this is a concrete, bounded unattended run.

## Acceptance checks

1. Each named skill has a named artifact and a receipt.

3. No provider, browser, CMS, ClickUp, account, outreach, or spend action occurs.
4. A deterministic local validator succeeds.

## Execution

The local packet was authored under this wave only. It separates the completed local autopilot operation from the three skills whose full intended workflow needs live evidence, humans, or an external system.

## Result

**PASS for this bounded local operation.** The four acceptance checks above are verified by `Validate-Wave.ps1`. This does not claim that Flat Fee has been deployed, audited in AI search, onboarded, or synchronized to ClickUp.

## Stop condition

The bounded local objective is complete. A future run must receive fresh query evidence, a signed scope and stakeholder facts, or a real ClickUp target before it can extend beyond this artifact set.
