## Objective

Test the installed local Codex skills against the Flat Fee House Cleaners Sarasota campaign with real bounded outputs where local inputs are sufficient.

## Completed

- `save` created this restart-safe continuation point for the direct-local-ops-wave-4 evidence package.
- `score` created the bounded execution brief in `score-flat-fee-local-execution.md`.
- `watch` ran safe Windows preflight and CLI invocation proof. It did not download or process a video because no rights-cleared video input was in the campaign.
- `wayfinder` charted the local-Markdown decision map and three initial decision tickets in `wayfinder-tickets/`.

## Current state

- Project: Flat Fee execution campaign evidence pack, not a Git repository.
- Changed files: only this wave directory.
- Tests: `./Validate-Wave.ps1` must report `VALIDATION: PASS`.

## Remaining

- `watch` needs a public or rights-cleared video URL or absolute local video path and a question before frame or transcript processing can be honestly run.
- The three wayfinder tickets are intentionally open; this wave created the map but does not claim to resolve business decisions.

## Next action

Run `pwsh -NoProfile -File ./Validate-Wave.ps1` from this wave, then ingest `receipts.json` into the Flat Fee dashboard projection.
