# Direct content wave 23 - source and safety boundary Target: `https://flatfeehousecleanerssarasota.com/` This is a Windows-local capability run. It used a single HTTP `HEAD` request for public endpoint availability, local package validation, and Orca runtime capability inspection. It did not open a browser, inspect an account, read browser state, download any target content, use credentials, or mutate an external system. The `HEAD` response was HTTP 202 from Cloudflare. That confirms the endpoint accepted the request. It does not establish the rendered page contents or live SEO state. `open-gstack-browser` was deliberately constrained to its Windows contract. This agent has no callable Codex in-app-browser binding, so the legacy GStack workflow was not launched and no Chrome profile, extension, port, or local browser process was touched.
