# Impeccable: local homepage concept

## Scope and method

**PARTIAL -- local source-bound concept.** Impeccable context was run against the retained homepage file. The workspace product brief describes an internal MDAI app, not Flat Fee House Cleaners Sarasota, so it was not treated as the client’s brand authority. No fresh browser assessment, detector overlay, production edit, or approval loop occurred.

## Surface mode: Persuade

The retained page’s practical job is to help a Sarasota visitor decide whether to request cleaning or call. The prototype makes that one path obvious, then lets service labels and retained FAQ answers reduce uncertainty.

## Visual direction

- **Character:** calm, clean, local, and practical. The green family signals care without presenting a false logo or imported brand system.
- **Hero:** a direct service promise with a quote action and separate phone action, avoiding a crowded choice set.
- **Information order:** decision promise, service choices, trust boundary, FAQ, then quote path.
- **Spacing:** broad hero breathing room, 1rem card gaps, no arbitrary micro-spacing, and a constrained reading measure.
- **Content integrity:** existing source language is paraphrased only when needed to describe the prototype. Pricing, guarantees, credentials, review totals, schedules, and availability are not added.

## Priority implementation constraints

## Not a completed Impeccable critique

A full critique requires independent design and detector assessments plus browser evidence where available. Those conditions were intentionally not manufactured. The prototype and this concept are concrete local handoff material for that later pass.
