# Source Notes: Direct Content Wave 9

## Evidence used

| Source | Capture state | What it supports |
|---|---|---|
| `../../content-wave-2/homepage-source.txt` | Retained public homepage capture | Visible business name, Sarasota framing, listed services, visible FAQ themes, quote CTA, contact details, and the wording reviewed in these artifacts. |

SHA-256: `026E1B0FE14CA9C0114078E996A79BDC5253914705DACF3137F4C11C86C85DA0`

The retained capture has about 945 tokenized words. It is a one-page source, not a current crawl, sitemap, analytics export, Search Console export, competitor set, SERP capture, PAA export, or keyword-database export.

## Evidence boundary

The deliverables in this wave are real local editorial and intent work based on the supplied business page. They do not assert search volume, keyword difficulty, rankings, PAA questions, autocomplete suggestions, competitor coverage, review facts, or conversion performance. Search-shaped phrases are clearly labelled as editorial hypotheses where no search dataset exists.

## Source observations used consistently

- The page headline calls the business `House Cleaning Services in Sarasota, FL` and names Flat Fee House Cleaners Sarasota.
- Listed services include residential, commercial, Airbnb, deep, window, pressure washing, emergency, green, move in/out, office, and medical facility cleaning.
- The page offers a free quote and says flat-rate pricing is based on home size and services needed.
- The visible FAQ covers supplied products, pricing, recurring versus one-time service, insurance/local status, and access while the customer is away.
- The capture contains service-card copy that appears mismatched to several service labels. This is a content QA observation, not a statement about the live site today.
