# Gigalinks citation orders -- local structural validation

## Test boundary

The input JSON is a **local structure-only test**, sourced from retained homepage text. `Home Services` is not claimed to be a currently available Gigalinks category. No project value is present because no approved existing project was supplied.

## Action performed

The installed deterministic CLI will validate field shape locally and write `gigalinks-prepared-local.json`. This proves only the local validator can prepare structurally acceptable JSON.

## Not performed

No token/environment inspection, category call, dry run, project lookup, availability check, order, credit purchase, or spend occurred.

## Required next gate

Before a dry run, supply current approved factual content, an existing project, verified categories/language, a token reference, availability, balance/debit review, named approver, spend cap, and exact current-turn GO for any live submission.
