# Command evidence

1. Read the installed `outreach-prospecting`, `citation-link-building`, `link-building-router`, and `gigalinks-citation-orders` skills.
2. Read the Gigalinks API contract and SOP references.
3. Read the retained Flat Fee homepage capture and computed its SHA-256.
4. Ran only `python .../gigalinks_cli.py validate --input gigalinks-structure-only-input.json --output gigalinks-prepared-local.json`.
5. Ran the wave validator after artifacts and receipts were written.

No network, browser, provider, credential, account, order, contact, or spend command was used.
