# CTR operations: legitimate measurement plan

## Current evidence limit

No Search Console property, GA4 property, CTRify account, DNS access, sitemap status, or indexation evidence was provided. The historical Lighthouse artifact establishes only that this URL was loadable when it was captured on 2026-08-06. It is not indexation or Search performance proof.

## Measurement protocol

1. Record an initial 28-day date range and the immediately prior like-for-like 28-day range.
2. Exclude internal traffic where a verified GA4 configuration permits it.
3. Keep a query-to-landing-page evidence table before proposing title or description changes.
4. Make one owner-approved on-page change at a time, verify it in live HTML, then wait for a new comparison window.
5. Report the date range, source, segments, changes, and limitations with every result.

## Safety boundary

This plan does not submit URLs, simulate clicks, automate searches, buy traffic, or claim indexation. A complete run requires authorized read-only account evidence and a defined comparison window.
